Not the Davis kids! Ella and Virginia had been begging me to make Halloween cookies for them to decorate, and so today we began baking. Before I could even gather all of the ingredients, the girls were arguing over who would stir the batter. Such simple things become so difficult . . .
Though our rough start was daunting, we all had fun in the end. I'm still not sure how sanitary the whole baking process was. I think they slobbered on or licked every utensil in sight. Hopefully the oven's high temperature killed off all of the bacteria . . .
